This beach complex comprises a total of 80 apartments located on the west side of the building, towards Marina Beach. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area and covered garage parking.

These apartments, set in a Marina Beach resort, are located in a privileged area of the south of Gran Canaria, Playa del Cura. Guests will find restaurants just 100 m away and it is 150 m to the nearest taxi rank and shops and 4 km to the closest nightspots. Playa del Cura has excellent transport connections and is just 2 minutes from the GC-1 motorway, 10 minutes from Puerto de Mogn, 10 minutes from Puerto Rico and 15 minutes from Maspalomas and Meloneras. It lies just 25 minutes from La Palma Airport.

All apartments have refurbished furnishings and a small kitchen with a full range of utensils and a fridge. All come with a private bathroom with a bathtub. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a safe. Moreover, guests can enjoy sea views from the terrace in all apartments and all units come with individually regulated air conditioning.

The apartments feature 2 swimming pools, including 1 for children, as well as a teak wood sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and direct access to the beach. There is also a poolside snack bar and guests can relax with a massage treatment for an additional fee. It is possible to enjoy a game of table tennis and the complex puts on entertainment programmes for both adults and children. Moreover, sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the sandy beach.

Guests who wish to, may use the restaurant facilities at Marina Beach. They can select their breakfast from a buffet and the midday meal is available la carte, while dinner is in buffet form.
